This has happened twice to me. Last time I use my computer, hidden files was hidden, but after shutting down and opening again, I found them unhidden and the option was checked. Note not after every startup this happened but it sometimes does. My PC is fairly clean, I didn’t torrent or visit malicious sites, I have McAfee and I am fairly careful when it comes to pc security. There is no else that use the PC other than me. What could be the problem?
