How to access YouTube transcriptions?

YouTube has messed up my very old video clip!

I don't know when this happened but I was feeling nostalgic and looked up a video I'd posted that my kid was in. He's the middle burry object. Really disappointed that somewhere along the line YouTube has changed how it displays old videos and munted the quality. Has this happened to anyone else?
