Am using Galaxy A8 and the Knox is preinstalled. Suddenly one fine day my knox said that the password entered is incorrect – but which is actually correct(Because am using the same password to unlock the device, so no way forgetting the password).
and then KNOX has been locked – and it asked to visit my know page to resent the password and which is not working. I logged in using samsung user ID which again not accepted ask to create a new user ID and which created but again I could not find reset option.
Then it asked for work email ID to register -when done – and its not at all working.
When tried with Samsung customer care – they didnt understand what the incorrect password means.
