OK…. I have an InfoPath form that I’ve created for submitting and tracking awards. I have 4 People Pickers on the submission page that can me manually filled or in the case if certain Department / Divisions, the first People Picker is auto populated from a “Division” list.

The issue I am having is that when I select the Division and the name auto populates from the list and I hit submit the form, the name is wiped out when I go to the for to edit is… So, it’s like the name never gets submitted with the form.

Now…. if I manually enter the name into the people picker and verify it, I can submit the form and the name is there.

What is happening to the auto generated name, why is it not sticking to the form upon submission and how can I correct it?
