I need a little help in understanding this question. As per question “determine if an integer appears”. I am interpreting n it in two ways:-
1. Does this mean that an integer will be an input(say x) to my algorithm and i need to find if that element(x) appears more than $ n/2$ times in the array.
2. Or does this mean that there is no input to algorithm and we should see if there exists such an integer and then return it.
