I have added a tab to the base theme’s product page, but it only shows if template hints are enabled. Inspecting the source, the block is not even there if block hints are disabled, but the core tab for reviews is. I have been doing Magento development for years and this behavior is very strange to me. Am I missing something?
Server is brand new install in dev mode and cache is cleared/disabled makes no difference, compile and static-content deploy no difference. Have tried with version 2.1.5 and 2.2
