Using Drupal 7 for years, now I was handed with D8 site to do some editing.

I have created custom text filter “Plain HTML”, I want to print this field with this text format in custom twig, how do I do that? If I print it like:

{{ content.field_mapka_markery }} 

It prints plaintext, there is no choice to select my newly created text format in manage display. Why is that? In D7 there is always new formatter present, not in D8. Why it really feels like a pain to work with D8 anytime I touch it?

Also tried {{ content.field_mapka_markery|raw }} or .value, |raw does not work at all, .value does the same as without it. How do I achieve such a basic functionality?
