I have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on my Android device, I am afraid I deleted all the contents of my device, and I cannot access Android.

When I enter the main menu, I see the “reboot system now”, “install zip from sdcard”, etc. options, but CWM cannot find any zip file with a custom ROM. If I select “reboot system now”, I go back to the CWM main menu.

I would like to access the Android’s filesystem, in order to copy a ZIP file with a new ROM, from an external SD card to the internal storage. However, I connect the Android device to my MS Windows PC through a USB cable, and the PC does not identify the device.

I wondered if anybody knows how to connect both machines, to modify the contents of the Android tablet by using the PC.
