there is a strage behavior, but I do not know since it occurred: i have created some vocabularies, added some fields for each vocabulary and added some taxonomy terms. Now if i go to a manage fields view i have a lot of notice like this:

Notice: Undefined index: field_name in field_ui_field_overview_form() (line 338 of /var/www/html/drupal/modules/field_ui/field_ui.admin.inc). Notice: Undefined index: widget in field_info_max_weight() (line 718 of /var/www/html/drupal/modules/field/field.info.inc). 

ad i see a list of 20 empty entries

The edit and delete href is “/fields/” and clicking on it i have a page not found.

This is a blocking problem for us. Anyone have any ideas?
