I’ve been diligently working out & eating better for 3 weeks now and the number on the scale is still the same. The only difference I’ve noticed physically is that I’m bloating less in my stomach & that my acne has cleared up but nothing else physically. I did notice that I’m starting to feel stronger and endure more than when I started working out 3 weeks ago. I’ve cut my running time by about 5 minutes now and I’m able to lift a weight easier now than I did 3 weeks ago. This is all great because I’m also trying to build muscle but that’s not my only goal, I want to cut fat too. I feel like my workouts are very powerful (not in a bad way. I push myself but not too hard. I make sure to listen to my body.). My diet is clean & consitent. Fruits, vegetables, water, lean proteins, whole grains, etc. I don’t count my calories but I am calorie conscious if that makes any sense. I pay attention to the calories but if I’m hungry and my body needs nourishment I’m going to eat something. I like to stay between 1200 – 1400 cals a day since I do cardio and strength everyday. I rest one day a week and I’ll allow myself a treat once a week. (A bowl of ice cream, a pizza slice, etc. and then I’ll hit it hard in the gym the next day. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong as far as fat loss. I feel stronger and healthier but the scale isn’t adding up to the way that I’m feeling. I’m 17 years old, female, 5’6, 155lbs I workout for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes 6 days a week
