I migrated my Project Server 2010 to 2016 via 2013. I had no intentions of bring over 300+ project sites since we don’t use them. After wiring up an instance of the 2010 server into 2013 using the 5 databases merged into 2 I deleted all the project sites but did so via sharepoint powershell script. I then moved just the project data into a new PWA instance in 2016. The issue I now have is the reference to the old sites still lies in at least the reporting database. I can’t seem to adjust anything pertaining to the sites via the web admin. Is there any way to scrub the database of all the site references?
