I have this pseudo code and I am trying to figure out the Big-Oh for it.
I think I understand the inner most loop. It is going to n^2 which would make it O(n^2). The top part looks like it would be O(n) but the i*=2 is throwing me off a bit. Would it become just O(log(n)) making the final Big-Oh O(n^2*log(n))?
