I have a Moto G 2nd Gen phone that will not take a charge. I bought a replacement battery and fitted it into the phone. The phone shows all the icons as if it charging but will not actually charge. (the icons shows it as charging but the percentage charge decreases).
I have tried all online solutions such as fastboot mode and fastboot modes sub-option of recovery to see if it will charge but leaving it on these screens has drained the new battery to 0%.
Can anyone suggest any solution so the battery will take charge.
