Recently I installed Link2SD on a Samsung J120A (Galaxy Express 3 running TouchWiz Android 6.0.1) and for a while it would not mount the second partition on my SD card. I followed all instructions on the app’s website for troubleshooting yet it simply would not work.
A few tries into creating the mount scripts, it stated that it was going to download something from the SDK pertaining to storage. It flashed quickly so I was unable to read everything in the message, but after a reboot the phone could no longer access internal or external storages. I have been unable to figure out the culprit after many days of searching the phone and Google.
My question is what possible bits could have been downloaded from the SDK that could have caused this? If I could figure this out, I might be able to find a fix.
